Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Meat stock
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Blended pepper and tomato
  5. Tomato paste/puree
  6. Onions
  7. Curry
  8. Thyme
  9. Blended garlic and ginger
  10. Jollof rice spices
  11. leavesBay
  12. Seasoning cubes and salt
  13. Diced carrot and green beans

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice, wash, drain and set aside. Put a pot on fire, add vegetable oil, when hot, add chopped onions, add the blended tomatoes and pepper, add the blended garlic and ginger.... Stir continuously to avoid burning and so that it can fry well, when it has fried a little, add the tomato paste and stir. When it has fully fried, add curry and thyme, little salt and seasoning cubes. Stir well to fully combine all the ingredients.

    Pour in the meat stock, and jollof rice spices. Cover and allow to boil, when it's boiling, add the parboiled rice, and stir, turn down the heat a little to avoid burning at the bottom, add the bay leaves. Cover and allow to cook until water dries up and rice is cooked. Add the chopped carrot and green beans, stir together, cover and allow to steam.
