Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1 cupcold water
  4. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  5. 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  6. 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  9. vanilla
  10. pinchsalt
  11. Ganache Sauce:
  12. 100 mlheavy cream
  13. 100 gramsmilk chocolate
  14. For decoration:
  15. 30 gramswhite chocolate
  16. edible cake glitter

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the baking soda and white vinegar well.

    In another bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, and all the dry ingredients.

    Add the baking soda mixture, oil, and water to them and mix well.

    Add chocolate chips as desired and pour the chocolate mixture into a rectangular, square, or round baking pan lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 35 minutes or until well done. Remove from the oven, take off the parchment paper, and let it cool.

    In a saucepan, melt the heavy cream and chocolate together and let it cool. Once the cake has cooled, pour the ganache mixture over it.

    Cover the entire cake with ganache and decorate with white chocolate lines and sprinkle a little edible cake glitter, or decorate as you wish.
