Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupssugar
  2. 1 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 cupmango chunks
  4. 3 tbsplemon juice
  5. For the drink
  6. 3 cupswater
  7. cubesIce
  8. Mango cubes for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend mango in a blender until smooth

  2. 2

    In a sauce pan,add 2 cups sugar and 1 ½ cup water,bring it to a boil and allow the sugar to dissolve and slightly thickened

  3. 3

    Then lower the heat and add the mango pure and lemon juice,stir well until everything is well combined

  4. 4

    Cook for 10-15mins until thickened

  5. 5

    Transfer it into a sterilize jar or bottle,(it can be stored with or without refrigeration for long)

  6. 6

    Add 3 cups chilled water into a jug and add the mango squash to taste about 1 cup or more

  7. 7

    Garnish with some mango cubes

  8. 8

    Ready to serve!
