I used a nutrabullet for blending, so measurement adjustments may need to be made. Otherwise a pretty neat, flexible recipe. All you need is an ice tray of sorts, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, and sugar . I used bananas and strawberries in the picture. Other good combinations- Pineapple and blueberries

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup(each) fresh fruit
  2. 3tea spoons of sugar
  3. 1/2 cupyogurt
  4. 1/2milk (or soy milk)

Cooking Instructions

    Empty fruit into cup. I used bananas and strawberries in this picture.

    Smash fruit down a little, then add yogurt, sugar, then milk.

  3. 3

    Blend until you have a smoothie like texture. Then pour blend into ice trays.

  4. 4

    Freeze overnight for best results. But around 2 hours they're frozen enough to enjoy! *use caution if you need a knife to cut pops out of the tray*
