Shrimp Fried in Coconut Milk Shrimp Fried in Coconut Milk
I was going to make shrimp and mayonnaise, but I tried making it with a Thai-style sauce instead.I used one bunch (40 g) of garlic shoots.Fry the shrimp over a strong heat and brown the surface. Coating with katakuriko will give them a crispy finish. The sauce also goes well with chicken. Recipe by abichi cookpad.japan -

The girlfriend asked me to cook her something prawn-y for our anniversary dinner so I came up with this. It came out well enough for her to ask for it two nights in a row so I figure it's good enough to share (the side dish is a baked polenta round with melted goat cheese). Jon
