  1. For Caramel:
  2. 210 grams sugar
  3. 100 mlwater
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 90 gramspopcorn
  6. 1 tspsalt

    Make popcorn as per instructions given.

    Once done add salt, mix well and keep aside.

    Now for the caramel sauce take sugar and water in a heavy bottomed pan and let it cook over medium heat untill the sugar is dissolved.

    After few minutes you will notice the sugar will be golden brown in colour just like honey.

    At this stage add butter and mix it well. Switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Pour the caramel sauce over the popcorn and gently mix with a help of a spoon untill the popcorns are well covered.

    Allow the popcorn to cool down.

    Caramel popcorn is ready to serve!
