This is my mom's recipe.. delicious recipe....#RamdanSpecial
Steps

Make keema and chopped onion ginger and chillies

Put the keema in a pan let it cook until dry...Then add salt chopped masala and garam masala cook for 5 minutes and put aside to cool.

For dough....maida and 2 teaspoon oil and half teaspoon salt mix it well and then add water make soft dough and rest for 30 minutes

Take small ball of maida roll it and cut half put keema in both and then fold it like the pic below...

Fry samosa till golden brown
