Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2ripe 🍌bananas frozen
  2. 1large avocado frozen
  3. 2ripe apple mango frozen
  4. 2-3 cupsmilk chilled
  5. 1/4 cuphoney
  6. Sesame seeds to garnish
  7. Melted dark chocolate

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toss all the frozen fruits in a blender,

    Add milk bit by bit as you pulse till everything is well blended.

  3. 3

    Add more milk if the mixture is thick and honey to sweeten.

  4. 4

    Serve n enjoy. Garnish with sesame seeds n melted dark chocolate
