Ingredients

  1. 1 halfripe mango
  2. 1 tspchia seeds
  3. Almond milk
  4. Quarter of an avocado

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak chia seeds in water overnight

  2. 2

    Add almond milk or any milk of your choice to a blender with the chia seeds

  3. 3

    Add mango and ice

  4. 4

    Blend well
