Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 TSPgrated ginger
  2. 1 TspCinnamon powder
  3. 1 CupWater
  4. 1 packetGreen Tea
  5. 2 TspLemon Juice
  6. 1 TspHoney / Sugar (Optional)
  7. 1-2Mint leaves (For Garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    In water add ginger, Cinnamon powder and boil it for 5 minutes.

    Now add honey/ sugar, 2 TSP lemon juice and mix it well.

    Now sieve it.

    Now dip green tea packet in it for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Hot Weight loss Tea is ready. You can garnish with mint leaves. Serve it hot. Drink it in the morning with empty stomach for better results.
