Ingredients

  1. 1 CupCashew
  2. 1 CupSugar
  3. 3/4 cupwater
  4. 1 tspCardmom Powder
  5. 1 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan take sugar and water. Boil to form 1 string consistency.

    Now Add cashew Powder, cardmom powder, ghee and mix well. Cook well and off the flame when it's started leaving pan.

    Pour this on greased tray or paper and knead dough carefully while it's hot.

    Roll thin and cut into desired shape.

  5. 5

    Tasty Kaju Katali is ready.
