Ingredients

  • 100 gcashew
  • 100 gcream/ malai
  • 1/2 tspWhite pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 250 gmPaneer
  • as neededMilk
  • 1Onion
  • As neededcoriander leaves
  • as neededGhee/oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ghee/oil and add chopped onions. Cook until brown

  2. 2

    Prepare a paste of cashews, milk and cream. Now add this mixture in the onions.

  3. 3

    Now cook for some time and add, white powder.

  4. 4

    Add black pepper powder and salt. Garnish with coriander
