Is there anything I enjoy doing more than eating beef 24/7,especially when fried....EAT more beef to prevent iron deficiency Anemia

Ingredients

  1. Ram meat(leg part)
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. cubesMaggi
  5. Salt
  6. Onion
  7. Other spices(curry,thyme,cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Cut meat into different sizes,wash and put into a clean pot

  2. 2

    Pound ginger and garlic in a mortar and add to the meat,other spices,maggi cubes,salt,diced onions and allow to marinate for 10minute

  3. 3

    After marinating, put meat on fire and allow to boil without adding water(so that all d seasonings will dissolve into meat to retain the sweetness of meat)for 5min

  4. 4

    Now add water if you need stock,cover and allow to cook for 20min,drop from fire and pour into colander to cool

  5. 5

    Place pan with enough oil on fire and allow to hot,add cooked meat and allow to fry until golden brown,drain meat from oil and allow to cool

  6. 6

    Use meat when necessary, and store excess in refrigerator
