Ingredients

  1. 1medium sized chopped tomato
  2. 2 cupschopped Palak
  3. 1medium sized cut potato
  4. 1 tbspnoil
  5. 1 tspjeera
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp amchur
  11. 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. 2green chillies chopped
  13. 1 pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan than add jeera once it is crackled add ginger paste and hing and green chillies then add chopped tomato and roast it till it leaves the oil.

    Add chopped Palak and cut patatoes than add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cover it and let it cook for 2-3 mins.

    After that add salt and mix well cook it for more 2 mints.Once potatoes are cook add amchur powder.Our yummy aalu Palak is ready enjoy it with roti and raita..
