I love chocolate cake but making a whole chocolate cake is not always convenient. So I took to eating mug cakes whenever I had a craving. I have changed the recipe a few times but this recipe is the best one I have made.

I found a really good mug cake online but made my own substitutions to make it a bit more healthy and to fit in with my 21 Day Fix Healthy eating plan. It's a "healthy" version of a decadent treat!

So i bought a dark cocoa powder and very excited since i like chocolate so much. Just trying to make this chocolaty little snack for brunch :*
