    Scrape out the back of the ginger,rinse and cut into smaller pieces.add the ginger,sugar and lemon juice into the blender and blend till smooth. Sieve,add the sprite and some ice in a glass cup,pour the juice and garnish with some mint leaves and lemon wedges.
