Lavendar Lemonade

Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 3 cupgranulated sugar
  2. 7 eachlavendar sprigs (stem & buds)
  3. 1/2 cupfresh lime juice
  4. 2 cupfresh lemon juice
  5. 16lavendar buds for garnish (1 per glass) or edible violets

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large saucepan, boil 1 gallon of water with sugar.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat, add 7 lavendar sprigs, lemon and lime juice.

  3. 3

    Cool to room temperature, strain and chill.

  4. 4

    Serve over ice and garnish with lavendar buds or violets.
