Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupdates
  2. 1 tbspmoong dhuli daal
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  5. 2cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak daal for 15 mins and cook it for 2 whistles. When cool grind it

    Deseed dates and make a fine paste of it

  3. 3

    Heat up a pan and add ghee and roast daal on medium flame for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add milk and cook for a lumpfree mixture

  5. 5

    Add dates paste and stir continuously. Finally add cardamon powder and garnish with dry fruits

  6. 6

    Enjoy the tasty and nutritious halwa.
