Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 person
  1. 1/2 kgPotatoes 🥔 (cut into cubes)
  2. 250 gmSpring onion (finely cut it)
  3. 2 tbspAchar
  4. 250 gmTomatoes 🍅
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 tbspchilli powder
  7. 1 tspHaldi Powder
  8. 3-4 tbspOil
  9. 1 tbspGarlic finely chopped
  10. 1small Onion finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil then fry garlic & onion till golden then add potatoes with 1/2 cup water and cover it for a while

  2. 2

    Meanwhile blend tomatoes with achaar

  3. 3

    Add this paste in potatoes and add all masala and cook till potatoes become soft & oil separated

  4. 4

    Add spring onion and mix well.
    Cover for 2 minutes
    Tadda ready to serve with chapati
