The trend is going on to make thread chicken with the manda patti so I just created my way with the leftover spaghetti. In Ramadan, everyone eats one and then the next time they want something else so I have utilized the spaghetti that I made a day before and a few manda pati which were torn and I wasn’t able to use so I use these both and make for iftar. #ramadanbazar

I published my last recipe with buttermilk dipped baked chicken and received a lot of appreciation. In our homes the leftovers of bread is always there, so what to do is collect them n store in fridge/freezer and use according to need. I mostly make bread crumbs,crotons, bread pudding, toasty use in salads or just toss them in honey and sesame seeds and bake it with butter.Sometimes make balls with leftover chicken /beef /vegetables.. Last Sunday, I made apple pie so the filling was left. My girl loved that filling so she gave me an idea to stuff it in bread… actually was a great idea… 😃 she had it with vanilla ice cream and enjoyed her evening snack 😊

Yesterday, I made Roasted chicken. It was a whole bird so little bit left. When I woke up in the morning, went to the kitchen for making eggs breakfast; opened my fridge and there is no egg🤦🏻‍♀️ but obviously need to feed My hubby and girl. Sometimes do not feel to cook from scratch and then left overs do miracles. I made Mutton Korma 2 days ago and little bit korma was left. I just took it out in small container and keep it in freezer. So I took it out, shred the meat, wash it and fry it with soya sauce and oil on high flame.
