I always avoided cinnamon rolls because of the very main ingredient cinnamon in it.. but ofcourse it had something special in it as it's very famous.. few days back my husband bought one from a bakery and left half for me before he went to work.. said that it's tasty.. do try.. and when I tried it.. Can’t express how yummy it was.. I then decided at once that I will bake it myself and finally I gave it a try today.. It was worth trying... Even my 2.5 yrs old niece loved them..These rolls can be stored in air tight box for 2-3 days easily.. kids will love them for school lunch or evening snack.. This is a small batch recipe but you can double it up straight away.Add the whole egg for the double batch..You can have them in the breakfasts, kids lunches or with coffee or tea! Or simply eat 2-3 straight out of the oven! 😋😋I always like to make doughnuts or such thing mini size, as they are more interesting for kids and toddlers plus they don’t get wasted..You can make any size..For rising quickly, I kept the dough in-front of the window where direct sunlight comes.. So the process was quite quick.

This is the best dough I happened to try and it is so so perfect 🤩 that I can’t stop myself from trying different recipes with it..A lot of variety of buns can be made with it.. fill it with chicken, cheese, zaatar, or simple add some extra sweetness and make sweet buns and dinner rolls.About the dough:You can use an electric mixer or do it with hands. However it's easy for you. While mixing the butter, I did it with hands, to make sure all the butter is well incorporated. After that you must knead it well for 10 mins for best results.About proofing time:As we are using the instant yeast, the dough rises quiet faster. Specially I keep it under direct sunlight and it really helps with a beautiful bubbly rise in the dough and takes about 40-50 mins for the first rise. Do not over proof it, the yeast will give it's smell if you over proof the dough.
