There are many types of doughnuts ring shaped or without a hole shaped and custard and jam filling doughnuts. There are different toppings and flavorings are used for doughnuts such as sugar glaze chocolate place Maple glaze and royal icing glaze here I am sharing the recipe of doughnuts I hope so guys you will like it

Ingredients

  1. Doughnuts Dough recipe
  2. 250 grammaida
  3. 25 gramsugar
  4. 25 gramoil
  5. 3 gramsalt
  6. 5 gramInstant yeast
  7. 5 grammilk powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonBread Emprover (Eka) powder
  9. 100 mlwater (as per requirement)
  10. 1egg
  11. Recipe for chocolate topping
  12. 1 cupchocolate cips
  13. dropsOil few
  14. Recipe for hard icing glaze
  15. 1 cupIcing sugar
  16. 1and half tablespoon spoon warm milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and set a side for 10 minutes in room temperature.after 10 minutes take a bowl and mix flour, salt,powder milk, oil,egg,bread improver and yeast mixture and knead the dough with water for 7 minutes. Now Cover the dough and proof this dough for 45 minutes in room temperature after that punch down the dough and again knead for 4 minutes

    Now roll dough with the help of roller pin and cut doughnuts shapes with the help of cutter. Place them on flour dusted tray. Press lightly with your palm and rest for another 10 minutes.now deep fry them on low flame from both side

    For chocolate topping melt cooking chocolate chocolate with few drops of oil and dip the doughnuts in it

    For sugar glaze take 1 cup sugar in a bowl mix 1 and half tablespoon spoon milk and mix very well now dip the doughnuts in it and enjoy your doughnuts as snacks
