  1. 1/2 kggobhi
  2. 1/2 kgchicken
  3. 3/4 cupoil
  4. 2medium piyaz
  5. 2bade tamater
  6. Sabz mirchen
  7. 1 tbsplehsan-adrak paste
  8. 1 tspsafed zeera
  9. Namak
  10. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  11. 1 tspdhania powder
  12. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  14. 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  15. Sabz dhania

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle ek karahi ko medium flame par rakhen aur usmen 1/2 cup oil shamil karein.

    Oil garam hone par gobhi shamil karein jo ke cut kar ke wash ki hui he.

    Sath hi 1 tsp namak shamil karein aur gobhi ko golden colour ane tak fry krlen 7-8 mins tak.

    Fry ki hui gobhi ko separate dish mein nikal lein phir mazeed 1/4 cup oil shamil karein aur sath hi safed zeera shamil karein.

    Chop ki hui piyaz aur 1/2 tsp namak shamil karein aur piyaz light golden brown hone tak fry karein.

    Lehsan-adrak paste aur chop ki hui sabz mirchen shamil karein aur sath hi chicken shamil karein.

    Chicken ka pani khushk hone tak fry karein ya golden brown colour ane tak.

    Slice kiye hue tamater, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, haldi powder aur garam masala powder shamil karein aur chicken ko masalon mein achi trhan bhoon lein jab tak oil separate na hojae.

    Already fry ki hui gobhi shamil karein, mix karein aur 25 mins tak tawe ke uper low flame par pkne dein take gobhi aur chicken achi trhan gal jae.

  10. 10

    Akhr mein amchoor powder aur sabz dhania shamil karein, mix karein aur flame off krden. (Duaon mein yaad rakhiega!)
