Winter is incomplete without Soup
Cooking Instructions

Take a big pan/pot add chicken and filled with water, keep cooking until chicken full done, save yakni (almost 2 litres)

Shredd chicken and discard bones, cut veggies& set aside.

Add shredded chicken in yakhni
- 4
In another bowl mix all the sauces and seasoning.

Add the sauces in shredded chicken & yakni.
Keep cooking for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. - 6
Now add veggies (except spring onion)

Add corn flour slurry, cook for couple of minutes

When start thicking add beaten eggs n quickly mix it. Turn off the flame

Before serving add spring onion.
Serve Hot & enjoy winters
