Chicken chilli with Fried rice

Ingredients

30 min:
4 servings
  1. 300 gmsboneless chicken. 1" cube
  2. 1small cabbage. Cut in 1" cube. Separate cuttings for rice
  3. 1carrot. Same way, cubes and cuttings separately
  4. 2capcicums. Cubes and separate tiny pieces
  5. 2medium onions.cut in cubes
  6. 4 clovesgarlic, slice
  7. 1-2 Tbspcornflour
  8. 2 Tbspsoya sauce
  9. 1 Tbspvinegar
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 3-4green chilies, cut leghnth wise
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1chicken cube
  14. 1/2 tspmustard powder
  15. 1lemon
  16. 3-4 Tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

30 min:
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with 1/4 tsp salt, 1 /4 tsp black pepper powder and mustard powder for 15 min:

    Take a pan add 3-4 Tbsp oil and garlic slices and saute till golden, add marinated chicken and stir till it changes its colour.set a side.

    In the same oil add green chilli slices.and add veggies one by one. Carrots, capcicum, onion and cabbage.stir for 2 or 3 min:. and add chicken.

    Add all sauces and 1/4tsp back paper powder, stir and add 2 cups chicken stock or 2 cups of water and 1 chicken cube. Mix well. When it start boiling, put at medium flame for 2 min:.

    Check salt if need, add more because chicken cube is sufficient for salt. Make a paste of cornflour and add gradually as per thickness.In the end squeeze one lemon and serve with fried rice.
