Ingredients

  1. 250 gramboneless chicken
  2. 1small cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
  3. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  4. 1 tbspGinger paste
  5. 1onion paste
  6. 2tomatoes cubes
  7. Spices
  8. 1 tbsphomemade Vegetable Masala
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspzeera powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and clean the chicken cubes.

    Take a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, onion paste and fry till light golden brown colour.

    Then add boneless chicken, tomato paste and vegetable masala, red chilli powder and zeera powder and mix well.

    Bhonify the chicken till the masalas blend in well and the oil separates.

    Add cauliflower and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 cup of water and cover it in slow flame for 20 minutes. Cauliflower is tender and water is dry.
    Decorate with green coriander leaves and green chillies.

    Cauliflower is ready to serve with roti or naan.
