Ingredients

1 kgcarrot cut into small pieces
1big cauliflower cut into small pieces
As per taste salt and red chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder
As neededmustard seeds
As neededjaggery
1 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

Wash carrot and gobhi and keep it in sun for 6 hrs.

Now take wok, add ginger garlic paste, sault, add jaggery then add spices add carrot and gobhi, mix well.

When it cools down add mustard seeds mix it.

Now take a container, add pickle and enjoy for 15 to 20 days.
