Ingredients

  1. 2large eggs
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cuppissi hoi sugar
  4. 1/2 tsplemon essence
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 cupoil
  7. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  8. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl add eggs and sugar
    Beat for 2 minutes
    Add essence, beat it
    Add oil, mix it
    Add lemon juice
    Add pinch of salt

  2. 2

    Now in that battar add
    Whole wheat flour
    Baking powder
    Mix with spoon
    Make a smooth battar
    But over beat ni krin.

  3. 3

    Baking bowl mein mixture add krin
    Pre heated pateela mein rakh dan
    Bake it medium low flame
    Then check after 20 or 25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Ab cake ko pateela sa nikal lan
    Room temperature pa a jaiy.
    Then ready to serve.
