Macaroni Soup with Broccoli and Bacon

I found some cute macaroni at a special event in a department store, so I made it into a colorful soup.

The water will be absorbed into the macaroni, so add more as needed when boiling.
You can also use consommé cubes. Since the flavor varies depending on the brand, season to taste. Recipe by Rose tea 5

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 headBroccoli
  2. 1 sliceBacon
  3. 20 gramsMacaroni
  4. 350 mlWater
  5. 5 gramsConsommé stock granules
  6. 1 pincheach Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the macaroni.

  2. 2

    Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, then microwave until tender. Chop the bacon.

  3. 3

    When the macaroni is finished cooking, add the consommé, broccoli, and bacon.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mellow out the saltiness by stirring in 1/2 teaspoon mirin (not listed)
