Nowadays fresh strawberries 🍓🍓 are in season , excellent source of Vitamins C and it is beneficial for heart and control blood sugar . So I decided to make a chocolates pancakes using strawberry 🥞🥞🥞🥞
Cooking Instructions

Whisk egg n sugar together in a bowl
- 2
Add oil n salt in it n vanilla essences then Mix well
- 3
Add milk, flour n baking powder and mixed well
- 4
Mix all the above ingredients well n give it a rest for about 20 to 25 minutes

Now grease the pan n pour a pancake batter n cook it in a slow flame

Now layer the pancake with chocolates spread n slice of strawberry.

Cover the pancake with chocolate n topping with fresh strawberries🍓🍓🍓.
