Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 handfulStrawberries and blueberry
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 3 cupsbuttermilk
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3eggs
  • 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  • Honey
  • Icing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in the bowl and mixed until combine

  2. 2

    Heat up non stick pan without oil

  3. 3

    Once pan is hot pour the batter in the pan

  4. 4

    Once the top of the pancake starts bubbling up, turn over and cook the other side until golden brown or cooked to your teste

  5. 5

    Keep repeating this process until you have used up all your mixed ingredients

  6. 6

    Serve with strawberry, blueberry or fresh fruits

  7. 7

    Done and enjoy!
