Dates and ramdan have a special connection as in Ramdan you see different types of dates jars placing in front of you in your kitchen ....
Although dates are all available throughout the year but in Ramdan we specialy buy it for iftar to fulfill the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet حضرت محمد صلی االلہ علیہ وسلم

Dates are packed with nutrients that gives us lot of energy ....
So must have this delicious and healthy smoothie in sahoor or iftr 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ingredients

single serving
  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. Half cup yogurt
  3. 6_8 dates
  4. 1 tspsugar (optional)
  5. Lots of ice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the seeds of dates and soak in milk for at least 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now put everything in blender and blend

  3. 3

    Take out in serving glass and serve 😋
