Ingredients

  1. 1 handfulbaby spinach
  2. 1/4 cupapple juice
  3. 1/4 cupvanilla greek yogurt
  4. 1/2 cupwater, skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  5. 1/2small ripe banana(preferably frozen)
  6. 1kiwi peeled and cut in half
  7. 1 tbspground flax seeds
  8. 5ice cubes
  9. 1optional packet of splenda or a small spoonful of honey. I prefer my smoothie without the added sweetness in this one

Steps

  1. 1

    Add spinach and next three ingredients to a blender and blend at least 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend 30-45 seconds more.
