I am a big fan of chowders, the thick and creamy soups. This winter I tried it with a little twist. I didn't blend the chicken and corn till smooth paste, infact I just ran blender in the soup which left tiny shreds of chicken, and it gave a good taste.I don't like eggs in the sup so I skipped it, if you like, you can add it in the end and cook for 5 mins.
