There are many recipes for chicken and veg soup but I've chosen this for it's unique style of cooking soup and supreme ingredients .....you can choose vegetables with your choice but I've choosen veggies according to nutrition values and complete meal demands .....so added broccoli, mushroom ,carrot .....spring onion,rosemary and thyme for additional seasoning and flavour .... turmeric adds colour and richness in the soup and beneficial too in winters ....veg chicken broth gives this soup additional energy level in winter and taste . the best part of this soup is you can prepare or half done all ingredients and soup can be ready in just 10 minutes and you can serve piping hot with classy potatoes puffs .Must try recipe ......#winterspecial
