    Wash and cut pears in small pieces add lemon juice and keep a side for 1 hour.

    Meanwhile heat up the oil to the smoking point. Cover it loosely so that the steam passes out.
    Let it comes to room temperature.

    After one hour add achar masala, oil and vinegar as a preservatives.
    Mix it well and serve
    If You love more tangi add little more vinegar or lemon.
