Achar is a famous side dish in so many households with daal and sabzi. There are so many different types of Achars made in various different styles depending upon different regions and areas.
Today I'm sharing this very delicious and easy way of making quick homemade Achar to serve with your regular daal and sabzi and enhance their taste.

Ingredients

15 minutes
as required
  1. 250 gramgreen chillies
  2. 2lemon cut the small pieces
  3. 2lemon juice
  4. 9-10curry leaves
  5. 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds(methi Dana)
  6. 1 tspzeera whole
  7. 1 tbspfennel seeds (saunf)
  8. 1/2 tspRai
  9. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 tspblack salt
  14. 1/2 tspkalonji
  15. PinchAsafoetida (Hing) powder
  16. 1 cupmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, clean and dry the green chillies and cut the small pieces.

    Gather all dry spices.

  3. 3

    Then take lemon pieces, lemon juice and curry pata.

  4. 4

    Take a pan add coriander seeds and methi dana dry roast then add zeera, saunf, Rai and dry roast. Let it cool and grind in the blender. (Boht zayada grind Nahi karna)

    Take a pan add mustard oil, pinch of hing.

  6. 6

    Add curry leaves, chillies, lemon and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add prepared Achar masala,dry spices and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
    Allow to cool and store in jar or bottle.

    Instant Achar is ready to serve.
