Peel cucumbers and slice thin, dice half of purple onion and tomatoes. Mix add seasonings and dressing to taste. Enjoy!

Cucumber Salad Cucumber Salad
The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
