Makes a cool side dish for a hot day. Had a simple taste and its quick and easy.
Cooking Instructions

wash and peel cucumbers. cutting off the ends.

using a fork scrape the cucumbers lengthwise to form "stripes" down the side..

slice cucumber into circles about 1/4 inch thick.

place cucumbers in a bowl.

chop the onion into small pieces. place into bowl with the cucumbers.

add sour cream. then add salt and pepper to taste.

mix well to coat. serve alongside you're favorite meal.

optional: add dill to taste or any other flavoring you like to give it a different flavor. we like it as is. makes Nice cool side dish on a hot day.

serves 4-5 people.
