Ingredients

  1. Peanut Butter Pie Filling
  2. 28 ozjar of Peanut Butter
  3. 16 ozwhipped topping
  4. 1 boxpowdered sugar
  5. 1 1/4 cuphalf and half
  6. 1 packagessoftened cream cheese
  7. 3pie crusts
  8. Nutter Butter Pie Crust
  9. 2 packagesnutter butter cookies
  10. 3 1/4 cupbutter melted and divided

    Blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Mix in peanut butter and half and half.

  3. 3

    Fold in whipped topping until well blended.

    Pour into prepared pie crust

    Freeze overnight or until solid.

    Place into refrigerator for a couple hours before serving.

    For Pie Crust: use about 20 cookies and 1/4 cup melted butter for each crust.

    Crush about 20 cookies or use a chopper to finely make them into crumbs.

    Mix in 1/4 cup of melted butter. Mix well and press into bottom and sides of pie plate.

    No need to bake or freeze crust before using.

    This recipe makes 3 pies.
