Dates and coffee Roqaq

This morning I was craving some dessert with the coffee. I tried to creat some easy and fast dessert for breakfast, or 6 o'clock tea.
Cooking Instructions

First put milk, espresso, and sugar all together in a wide pan and mix them

Wet the Roqaq or the spreadbread well in the mix
- 3
Brush an oven pan with oil and warm it a little
- 4
Spread 5 layers of wet Roqaq in the oven pan
- 5
Mix the filling ingredients; dates, cream, and coffee till it has kind of thick creamy consistency

Spread the filling above the 5 layers
- 7
Add the other 5 layers of wet Roqaq

Moist the pie with rest of the milk and coffee mix

Put in medium heat oven for 10 minutes

Mexican Coffee Buns aka Rotiboy
I only just heard the this Mexican Coffee Bun is not actually Mexican but Asian. I'm not really sure about this, but the website I saw stated that. Cookie dough on bread is actually quite normal here where I'm from (Polo buns are an example). My brother used to love these Rotiboy, as we call them, and we would have it at least three times a week for breakfast. Try it, you won't regret it.Ps The amount of coffee in the cookie batter can be adjusted to preference.

Roll cakes are cakes that can be made vey easily but I've never found any recipes that I can get the hang of and messed it up so many times. I finally managed to make a nice one with this recipe.Whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Don't be shy, mix the egg yolks, powder ingredients, milk, butter and coffee thoroughly with the hand mixer. Mixing the flour in while you are still mixing the egg yolks together is important here, don't mix it in after the egg yolks!!
