Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Peperoncino with Cucumber and Celery Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Peperoncino with Cucumber and Celery
I love aglio e olio pepperoncino, but it only contains carbohydrates and fat. So I add vegetables or protein to make it more a balanced dish. I topped the pasta with chopped homemade dried tomatoes to add the finishing touch to the taste.Aglio e olio pepperoncino usually needs 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil per serving. It's easier to emulsify with a lot of oil and is delicious, but as we are trying to eat low calorie food, the amount of the oil here is minimal. Add more if you prefer. Basic Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino. Basic Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino.
I made this because I wanted to master a really basic cooking technique.I was able to make it tasty without adding artificial flavoring, soup stock granules, or konbu based dashi stock. If you crush the garlic with your knife rather than mincing it, it will be soft and fragrant. Make sure not to burn the red chili peppers. The biggest key is to emulsify the oil. Chilled Spaghetti with Basil Sauce and Yogurt Chilled Spaghetti with Basil Sauce and Yogurt
Basil sauce itself doesn't blend well with the pasta, but I didn't want to add so much oil. That's why I experimented with mixing in yogurt. It surprisingly added a rich flavor to the sauce and it was quite tasty. This dish is also great as a side dish for a richer main dish! Please leave out the lemon juice if you're not a fan of tart food.Taste the basil sauce beforehand and adjust the amount of salt and pepper for the seasoning.Squeeze with a cloth or paper towel and drain it well. For 1 serving. Recipe by Nanamama cookpad.japan -
