Cooking Instructions

Mix butter n sugar till fluffy add all ingredients of tart n mix till soft dough is formed let it rest 15 minutes put in molds n bake for 15 minutes or till edges are brown

For ganache boil cream n pour over chopped chocolate n mix with spatula add butter n mix

For meringue beat egg whites till soft peaks with sugar

For chiboust mix yolks, sugar n corn flour with little milk.Boil rest of the milk add yolk mixture n add gelatin.mix meringue fill in molds n let set in fridge overnight.

To assemble fill tart with ganache.Top with chiboust cream n heat with gun fire.
