Walnut and Caramel Pain Rustique With Natural Bread Starter Walnut and Caramel Pain Rustique With Natural Bread Starter
I've been enjoying using Cinnamon-Scented Caramelized Walnutsin sweets and breads. When I first made user Tan-chan's "Sugar Butter Top Rustique", I thought if I ever get good at baking it, I'd add caramelized walnuts to it. I slightly revised the recipe and posted it here.Since the dough has a high moisture content, liberally dust your working surface from Steps 22-35.All of the instructions are important and should be followed carefully. While the recipe is long, since I have included the fine details, I recommend this method; with it, even a beginner like me can easily make this bread. For 5 7 x 8 cm rustiques [those in the photo were made with natural yeast]. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -
Plain Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix Plain Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix
Here's my take on making steamed bread, which is super popular nowadays. Try this recipe if you're too troubled to bring out the steamer, since you can also prepare some easily in a frying pan.To prevent the hot water splashing onto the bread, be extra careful with the amount of water you use. Also take care when you're removing it from the pan. You can prevent the hot water from dripping if you double the liners (or place muffin cups inside), in which case you'd only need to lift out the cups inside. Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread
My 4 year old loves bananas so I always have them on hand. Sometimes they ripen faster than he eats them. I had some very ripe bananas the other day so I decided to make banana bread. Now, I'm not a baker so I had to Google some recipes to get an idea of what to do and I can't believe my 1st attempt came out perfect! This banana bread isn't too sweet and has a good banana flavor. You can omit the cocoa or the walnuts if you prefer and it'll still be delicious. Cooking with Kimberly Wood -
