Ingredients

  1. 2 canof Swanson premium chunk white chicken drain
  2. 1 1/2 cupof shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 can4 oz chopped green chilies drain
  4. 1 smallonion chopped
  5. 86 inch corn tortillas
  6. 1shredded lettuce
  7. 1sour cream
  8. 1diced tomatoes
  9. 2 can10 oz enchilada sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    in medium bowl combine chicken 1 cup cheese chilies and onion

  2. 2

    in bottom of 3 quart oblong baking dish spread 1/2 can enchilada sauce set aside

  3. 3

    roll up chicken mixture in tortillas place seam side down in enchilada sauce

  4. 4

    pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas sprinkle with cheese

  5. 5

    cover bake at 350°F 25 minutes

  6. 6

    top with lettuce sour cream and tomatoes
