白酒蜆肉意粉 Pasta with clams in white wine

1. 意粉煮至軟身,然後把蜆肉加少許酒煮30秒去腥味 Cook the pasta until soften, blanch the clams with white wine for 30 seconds

2. 炒香蒜蓉,加入蜆肉及白酒 pan-fried garlic, add in clams and white wine
3. 倒入意粉,再加少許水及鹽糖 add in pasta, then water and sugar salt
4. 最後拌入辣椒(如吃得辣,可以早啲加入)丶牛油及蒜茜 stir in chilli, butter and coriander (can add chilli earlier if you can eat spicy)
