Cara Membuat

Prepare beef mince,dice onion, garam masala, salt and pepper. Heat the pan, put a little bit of oil and then sauted dice onion until golden brown. Put the beef mince and add seasoning until fully cooked.

To make the pickles, boil the water, add sugar, salt and vinegar. Dice all the vegies for the pickels and prepare it on the bowl.

Pour the boiled water into the chopped vegies. Let it cool.

Combine the beef mince, egg and spring onion to make the Martabak filling.

Heat the pan, brush the rice paper roll with bit of oil, keep the heat as low as possible. Pour the filling in and the cover it with another rice paper roll. Enjoy 😉
