Cara Memasak

Ayam : satukan ayam bersama serbuk paprika, garlic & onion powder, garam, lada hitam & thyme herbs

Panaskan minyak zaitun. Dengan api besar (high heat) tumis ayam hingga masak & angkat

Sos : cairkan butter tumis tangkai/batang parsley hingga wangi lalu masukkan cendawan. Kacau 1 min masukkan bawang besar & bawang putih. Masak 3 minit.

Perasakan dengan garam & lada hitam. Kecilkan api masukkan tepung, kacau 30 saat hingga sebati

Masukkan susu kacau 10 saat lalu masukkan stock ayam (air + stock ayam) & cooking cream. Perasakan dengan garam & lada hitam lagi jika perlu. Masukkan baby spinach & kacau rata

Kacau selalu hingga pekat & jika calit dengan jari dibelakang senduk ada stripe boleh tutup api (sauce thickens enough so you can draw a path on the back of the spoon)

Masukkan 1/2 dari cheese, parsley herbs, spageti & dada ayam. Gaul sebati

Kemudian pindahkan kedalam loyang. K’roy guna 2 loyang. Bakar pada suhu 160c selama 25min hingga keju keperangan. Taburkan parsley herbs semasa menghidang. Hepi meneraiiii 😉
