For the stock • water • carrot 🥕, peeled and cut in half • quarters of an onion • garlic • tomato paste, or ketchup would work as well • Salt • For the soup • Some oil for sauteing • quarter of an onion, thinly sliced • sugar • sliced mushrooms 🍄 •
quarter of a large head of cabbage, cored & finely diced • small carrot, grated • tblsp mayo, or you can use any oil, and it will still be tasty • tblsp honey, or any sweetener • tblsp vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar) • Salt
