Easy simple banana smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups
  1. 2bananas
  2. cca. 1 1/2 cup milk
  3. sugar or cinnamon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the bananas.

    Cut them into small pieces (they don't have to be too small).

  3. 3

    Pour the milk to the top of the bananas or when they start floating.

  4. 4

    Here you can add as much sugar or cinnamon as you like but I didn't because it's alreasy sweet enough and it is healthier.

    Mix it all up in a blender or with any mixer (the normal one for like creams or cakes works too).

    You're done! Enjoy!
